Worker's Compensation Procedures
MINES and Associates provides a worker’s compensation network of behavioral health providers and facilities to some national clients. In order to be in this network as a provider, you must be in good standing with your board, hold full licensure status, and be willing to work within the confines of worker’s compensation. To join this network, please sign into your provider portal and sign the EPO WC contract addendum. For more information please review our EPO Provider Criteria here(pdf download). We will then notify you that you have been accepted into the Exclusive Provider Organization Worker Compensation Network through MINES and may receive referrals. Your rates for this network are included on the provider portal.

Below is the handbook that will explain MINES Processes and procedures for EPO network providers as well as definitions and explanations of our network. This handbook may not include all processes and procedures or new updates. Please check with MINES Provider Relations Department or MINES clinical case management team for questions.
Please note that you cannot join our network through the Provider portal. You must contact Provider Relations to start the process.
