Care That Works for You
At MINES and Associates, we believe every person deserves care that fits who they are. Your background, language, identity, and needs all matter to us. We are here to help you get support in a way that feels right for you. This page reviews what we offer and how to access services in a way that meets your specific needs.
What We Offer
Care that respects you
Our providers come from many backgrounds. You can ask to be matched with a provider who shares your identity or has training to support your community. This includes:
- BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) providers
- LGBTQ+ providers
- Providers who work with first responders, military, and their families
- Providers trained in higher-level mental health needs
Help in your language — free of charge
We offer free translation and interpretation services in any language you need while you are accessing our services. Many of our materials are also available in Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages. Just ask.
Care you can reach
We offer services in ways that work for you:
- In person, by phone, or by video
- Audio recordings for people who learn best by listening
- Printed materials if you do not use a computer or phone
- Large print and other formats on request
- Tools that work with screen readers and other assistive technology
- TTY users can reach us through 711 relay service
Auxiliary aids and services
Auxiliary aids and services (like sign language interpreters, accessible formats for written materials) are available free of charge to people with disabilities.
Help with life’s barriers
If things like transportation, housing, child care, or cost make it hard to get care, tell us. We will help you find options that work.
